This binder contains a series of reports that will help you track problem areas and alert you to dangerous trends before they get out of hand.

On-Site Management Assistance Inspection Report, is a tool designed to help your management team keep up to date on our activities and the levels of infestation discovered over time. This will allow you to keep a historical record for each unit and to track specific areas that may require more concerted attention or to determine what corrective action may need to be taken by either party to prevent further infestations.
The Commercial Pest Control Service Report is used each time a technician makes a scheduled service call. This will detail the areas serviced, the chemicals used and the methods of application. As an additional precaution, each chemical has the manufacturer and EPA registry numbers listed in case any questions regarding the chemicals used arises.
The Additional Service Request Log and the Request for Non-Service Log are kept in a binder at the property along with the On- Site Management Inspection Reports. These will serve to give management a record of all service given with additional work and requests for non-service recorded. |
